The terms that keep two studios running smoothly for every family.
Enrollment is for the full season. New students pay a $120 registration fee; returning students pay $80. Students discontinuing and re-enrolling later in the season are subject to the returning-student registration fee.
Tuition may be paid one-time, in two installments (first at registration, second due November 15), or in ten monthly installments — the first at registration, then on the 25th of each preceding month. Credit-card payments carry a 3.5% processing fee. Payments more than three days late incur a $50 late fee; returned payments incur a $30 NSF fee.
All purchases are non-refundable. To discontinue classes, families must give one month's notice before the next 25th-of-month payment. Missed classes may be made up per the make-up policy; they are not refunded.
Victoria Ballet may adjust schedules, combine classes, or substitute faculty when necessary. Class observation is limited to designated Observation Days to protect students' focus.
Families acknowledge the physical nature of ballet training and release Victoria Ballet from liability for injuries arising from ordinary participation. Photographs and video taken in class or performance may be used by Victoria Ballet for educational and promotional purposes unless a family opts out in writing.
